Bad gateway, again!

Again, and again, and again. BDO's Retail Internet Banking (RIB) is plagued with this error. When will this stop? Perhaps even them don't a clue.

yeah its an inconvenience... was supposed to withdraw some cash to buy food.. but all ATMs in the whole town/city is OFFLINE!!!
