Today, I got a good news from Samsung Customer Service...
When I got the quotation from the Tejeron service center of 24K++ for the panel replacement, I filed a complaint at Samsung Customer Service. They negotiated with the service center for a discount, and I was stunned that the service center is willing to give only 2% discount.
I pursued my case with Samsung, and after a few weeks of waiting, I was given 50% discount on the panel replacement.
I appreciate what Samsung did, and I'm thankful.
